FAQs

Questions people ask us

How much does an accountant cost for a small business?

Our monthly packages run from R1 350 for sole proprietors to R9 800 for established companies, including VAT. You see the full scope and fee in writing before anything starts.

Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes. With your permission we contact them for your records and SARS profile, so the handover is smooth and nothing is missed.

Do I have to come to the office?

No. Most clients work with us by email, WhatsApp and video calls. You are always welcome in Rosebank if you prefer to meet.

Is the tax calculator on this site accurate?

It uses the official SARS tables for the 2026/27 tax year and gives a good estimate for salaried people. It is not a tax assessment, and your real tax depends on your full situation.

Are you registered?

Our directors are chartered accountants and every person who gives tax advice is a registered tax practitioner, as the Tax Administration Act requires. We do not do statutory audits; we refer those to registered auditors.
