How it works
Step 1
Connect
We link your bank feeds and set up a shared folder for slips and invoices. Most clients just photograph receipts on their phone.
Step 2
Clean up
If the books are behind, we catch them up first and tell you the cost before we start.
Step 3
Monthly close
By the 10th of each month the previous month is reconciled and your summary is in your inbox.
Step 4
Payroll run
You send changes by the 20th. We prepare payslips for your approval and file with SARS.
FAQs
Bookkeeping and payroll: common questions
Which accounting software do you work in?
Xero, Sage Business Cloud and QuickBooks Online. If you are on something else, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth moving.
My books are a year behind. Can you help?
Yes. We catch up the backlog first, at a fixed price we agree in writing before we start, and then move you onto a monthly package.
Do I need to register for the Compensation Fund?
If you employ anyone, yes. We can register you and file the annual return of earnings as part of payroll.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pressure.
Tell us where your books and SARS profile stand. We will tell you what we would do and what it would cost.
