FAQs
Annual financial statements: common questions
Does my company need an audit?
Most owner-managed companies do not. It depends on your public interest score and your memorandum of incorporation. We work it out for you, and refer you to a registered auditor if an audit is needed. We do not do statutory audits ourselves.
What is the difference between compiled and reviewed?
Compiled statements are prepared from your records. An independent review adds limited assurance from an independent accountant. Some companies need a review by law.
How long does it take?
Usually three to five weeks after year-end, if the books were kept up to date during the year.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pressure.
